How I did my 1937 Willys Headlamp Conversion P2

I did a Modification to my Headlight insert or reflectors.
I was using an Anglia aftermarket Quartz Halogen Bulb or Globe which had 55/50 Candle power which is not a real lot, so I thought there has to be a better solution, because the Anglia uses 6 1/2" lenses and most modern Headlights use 7" I thought, what if Used a modern Quartz Semi-Sealed Beam which I had a few of and I smashed the Glass from that and then Trimmed the Reflector Edge down untill it went to 6 1/2", I had to trim about 1/4" of the Lip, I then applied some Silicon Sealer and fitted the 6 1/2" Lens to that. It worked and I now have a much Larger range of Globes to use, at the moment it is 100/75 but I can go to 130/90, neat !!

Let there be light !!!!.
